Blue-2 Sailing Academy

The team at Blue-2 are specialized in sailing trainings. With a range of apps available for IPAD, Android, Windows and MAC, they combine theory and practice. Our skipper trainings are booked by skippers from Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Austria. They use their specially developed program Harbour manoeuvres for skipper and crew, in which all manoeuvres are animated and explained step by step. The area in Punat guarantees the necessary wind in spring and autumn.

The Austrian Ocean Race Project is a young and ambitious team of international sailors – with an Austrian core – that shares the enthusiasm for big boat sailing. Our big goal is to participate in the Ocean Race 2022-23, but the Austrian Ocean Race Project is more than a simple sports team. We are actively committed to environmental protection, especially the rescue of the polluted oceans. Because what the playing field is for a footballer, the sea is for us as sailors – and that is what we have to keep alive.

Lonely Rock Race

The Royal Western Yacht Club of England in Plymouth is excited to announce the RWYC ‘Lonely Rock Race’ 2020. In association with The Royal Victoria Yacht Club, this biennial Race will start from the vicinity of Ryde in the Eastern Solent. The course will leave the Isles of Scilly to Port, round the Fastnet Rock to Port, pass the Isles of Scilly once again to Port and finally finish in Plymouth Sound.
