I agree that in the course of a crowdfunding campaign carried out by CheckSailing, texts, comments and photos that I have uploaded or sent to CheckSailing e.U. via post, email etc. may be used for publications in different areas:

⦁ in (print-) publications of CheckSailing e.U
⦁ on the Facebook and Instagram page of CheckSailing e.U
and may be stored for this purpose. The photos and texts serve exclusively for the public relations work of CheckSailing e.U
I am aware of the fact that photos as well as texts can be viewed and downloaded on the Internet by any person. Despite all technical precautions, it cannot be foreseen if such persons will continue to use the photos or pass them on to other persons.
This declaration of consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by CheckSailing e.U. If the photos are available on the internet, they will be removed as far as CheckSailing e.U. is able to do so.
Registered User (in this case: Donors and members)
CheckSailing e.U. collects and processes personal donations and membership fees: The name, the amount of the donation and membership fee, e-mail addresses and, if required by law, the invoice address (if the invoice amount exceeds 1000€).
CheckSailing e.U. member data will not be published, sold, rent or offered for sale. The names of sponsors and members who support CheckSailing e.U. with more than 1,000 Euros in one year will be published on our website. If the donation or the membership fee is less than 1.000€ in one year, we will only publish the name with the personal agreement of the donor/member.
The personal data of the sponsors and members will be used only to inform them about the current activities of CheckSailing. U such as a thank you, information on ongoing projects, if necessary tax and legal obligations and internal accounting and evaluation.
In principle, the personal data of the donors and members will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the following exceptions:
