The prices include the consultancy service, which means that activities, excursions and other expenses are organised, but the costs for any services must be paid locally. An exception to this is our Premium Plus Concierge service, where we take care of all the bookkeeping and invoicing and then issue a total invoice, which can be easily paid by you via bank transfer or credit card.
Restaurant & Bar consumptions must be paid by the customer on site, unless these have been communicated to the Concierge in advance. If you give 48 hours notice, we will consult with the venue and organise and book your “minimum consumption” for you in advance. This option is only available to our Premium Plus customers.
For our Premium Plus customers, the initial budget amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking based on estimated spend and, if applicable, topped up by a new booking before or during your holiday. The actual settlement takes place after your holiday, when the actual expenses are offset against the budget already paid. After consultation with you, only the difference will be charged to your credit card.
